WHAT??

wait, i don't get it......my UT application is due 1/15/2004, but the scholarship stuff is due before 12/1/2003....so then am i supposed to send in my application before the scholarship?....huh??

anyone who applied for a UT scholarship or anyone who knows something about this, please lemme know.....
