grrr..i'm still stuck at lab rite now, even tho it's already dark...pooey...today was ..uh..STRESSFUL...first of all, ashley and dr. smith show me how to set up an assay in like 5 seconds...they're like "bla blah blah blah, ok got it? good!"...and then they go out to lunch..AAAAHH!!!...so i freaked out for a while..but it's all good, cuz i got it eventually..yay!...but then, we found out that the cells in 2x n-min didn't grow...@(#*#%#^ cells!!!...so i had to remake the N-min, regrow the cells, and then continue working on my new assay...192 freakin test tubes....my arm is sore from pipeting all 192 test tubes..in fact, that's what i'm doing rite now...i'm gonna go finish those now...
